Five post types that
reach wide audiences.
These are composites rather than screenshots, drawn from the sectors our clients work in: executive recruitment, industrial motor control and experiential events. Each one is rebuilt from the recurring patterns behind posts that reached far beyond their author's own network, with identifying details changed and realistic engagement figures. Learn from the structure, not the numbers.

Honest but not self-pitying
The redundancy is stated in the first six words with no softening, and the post immediately moves to what the person can do. Readers respond to candour that has somewhere to go.
Two numbers instead of adjectives
81% to 96% in a year tells a hiring manager more than a paragraph of claims, and it makes the whole post read as evidence rather than an appeal.
An ask anyone can act on
Naming both 'somewhere you work' and 'somewhere you know' gives a distant connection an easy way to help, which is what produced 600 reposts.
Why it matters for recruitment clients
This type of post consistently reaches far beyond the writer's own network. For a search firm, coaching candidates towards this structure is itself a service, and resharing it puts the consultant in front of every hiring manager who reads it.
What to copy
State the situation plainly, move to usefulness within two lines, and give people one specific, low-effort way to help.
